As part of this role, you will:
We are looking for the right candidate to join our inclusive school as soon as possible to work under the direction and supervision of a class teacher/senior member of staff, supporting some of our learners.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the children’s learning in small group/individual situations.
You will liaise with the class teacher and work as part of a strong team to provide a robust school experience for our children.
The successful candidates will need:
A good standard of education/ three or more GCSEs including maths and English at Grade C minimum or L2 literacy and numeracy.
Experience and/or knowledge of successfully supporting children.
Creative and good at thinking ‘outside the box’.
An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children.
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with the year group team and parents and children, knowledge of phonics.
