This post is for a teacher of SEND
children working across our outstanding KS1 and KS2 SEND POD Classrooms. We
need someone who can deliver carefully planned, personalised learning
experiences that respond to individual needs and strengths. This includes
adapting the curriculum, using assessment to inform targeted interventions, and
designing structured, engaging routines that enable pupils with SEND to thrive.
A strong belief in teamwork is essential, as is a commitment to ongoing
professional development and working collaboratively with colleagues, families
and external agencies to ensure the very best outcomes for our children. We encourage a visit to school
prior to applying. We can only
shortlist applications that specifically address the person specification. We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the
welfare of children, younger learners and vulnerable adults and we expect all
staff and volunteers to share the same commitment.
