Performance Marketing Specialist
Salary: £39000 – £45000 per year
What you'll do
- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns daily, monitoring performance and adjusting budgets based on real results
- Test new ad variations and analyse which ones drive better returns, then scale what works
- Review search terms and campaign data to identify wasted spend and opportunities for improvement
- Update landing pages based on performance data to improve conversion rates
- Track leads and attribute them back to campaigns to understand what's actually driving business value
- Produce weekly reports showing what's working, what's not, and what to prioritise next week
What we're looking for
- ✅ Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- ✅ Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
- ✅ Ability to optimise budgets across campaigns based on performance data
- ✅ Experience designing and running A/B tests on ads and landing pages
- ✅ Comfortable analysing campaign performance and identifying trends
- ✅ Capable of producing clear weekly reports on campaign results
- ✨ Experience with e-commerce analytics platforms (Shopify preferred)
- ✨ Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Looker Studio
- ✨ Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- ✨ Experience with email marketing, basic SEO, or landing page optimisation
- ✨ Comfortable using AI tools to speed up reporting, ad testing, and content creation
