CABIN TEACHING ASSISTANT Salary: NJC Scale Level 1a TA, Point 3 (£24,796 per annum FTE). Actual salary £18,786.27 per annum. Contract: Permanent. 29.10hrs per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will: have an approachable and patient nature. be positive, proactive and professional. have excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. be able to liaise confidently with staff and students. have a minimum of 5 GCSE grade including English and Maths. be energetic and have an interest in working with SEN children / young pupils. a willingness to participate in PE activities will be an advantage.
