About the role

To ensure the fair and proper conduct of examinations and tests in accordance with examinations board's rules and regulations. Ensuring that pupils are aware of and comply with these rules, dealing with issues as they arise. We are seeking three reliable, calm and organised individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. This is a vital role in supporting the smooth and fair running of examinations across the school. Job Details Hours of Work: As and when required Position Type: Casual Contract Line Manager: Exam's Officer Travel Required: No The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information. Key Responsibilities Set up exam rooms in accordance with exam board regulations Ensure students enter and leave the exam room in an orderly manner Distribute and collect exam papers and materials Supervise students throughout the examination to maintain a calm and compliant environment Ensure exam conditions are strictly followed and report any irregularities Provide assistance with emergency procedures (e.g., illness, fire evacuation) Complete required documentation, including attendance registers and incident reports Work collaboratively with the exams team and other invigilators Safely store and return all exam papers and confidential materials What We’re Looking For Successful candidate is punctual, trustworthy and professional Has good communication skills Can remain calm under pressure Pays attention to detail Can follow procedures accurately Works well as part of a team Full training will be provided—no previous experience is required.
