Assistant Headteacher

We are seeking to appoint a high-calibre Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead inclusion at Farlingaye High School. This is a pivotal role within the school. You will provide clear, strategic leadership for inclusion, ensuring that pupils with SEND, those eligible for pupil premium, and other vulnerable groups are fully supported to succeed both academically and personally. You will play a central role in ensuring that high-quality teaching, effective support, and robust systems combine to secure strong outcomes for all.
