We are looking to appoint a passionate, skilled teacher and leader as Head of Music to lead a thriving music department across Key Stages. The music department sits within a Creative Arts Faculty consisting of art, photography, music, and drama. The faculty is supported by two technicians, with one being dedicated to music and performance. The department benefits from purpose-built facilities with two main teaching rooms and nine smaller practice rooms. Music and Drama are proud of their collaborative work which includes an annual whole school production, concerts and a range of extracurricular clubs and ensembles. Music is prized in the school and forms a key part of our strategic engagement with the community. The successful candidate would seek to offer their skills and expertise in these areas.
