The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrative Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our school, you will help create a welcoming and warm environment for students, parents, staff and visitors. Be exceptionally well organised, with the ability to manage attendance processes, respond to enquiries, and handle day‑to‑day administrative duties with efficiency. Remains calm, composed and professional during busy times such as morning drop‑off, urgent situations, or safeguarding concerns. Be dependable and discreet, upholding confidentiality at all times and contributing to the effective running of the school office. Show initiative, adaptability, and a flexible approach to meeting the evolving needs of the school.
