Key Responsibilities Instructional Excellence: Undertake an appropriate programme of teaching, ensuring lessons are planned in accordance with long-term curriculum planning. Student Progression: Monitor and review student progress using performance data and homework, responding dynamically to re-teach or explain misunderstood concepts. Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of learning plans, resources, and schemes of work, ensuring compliance with external examination board specifications. Inclusion: Personalise resources and approaches to meet the educational needs of all students, focusing specifically on individual support plans (SEND) and disadvantaged learners. Professional Standards: Uphold National Teacher Standards and participate actively in the Trust’s Appraisal and Development Processes. Golden Hello: An exceptional candidate demonstrating a sustained track record of outstanding teaching and innovation will be eligible for a £5,000 recruitment incentive.
