Be a qualified teacher (QTS).
Be an engaging and effective classroom practitioner with high expectations of students.
Have the ability to teach confidently across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a thoughtful approach to teaching and learning.
Be reflective and keen to develop professionally, embracing feedback and collaboration.
Share our commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment, trips, and extracurricular activities.
