Finance Officer - Maternity Cover

The Vacancy

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Finance Shared Services Team at Anglian Learning, this role will be based at The Netherhall School. You will report into the Finance Business Partner and will work closely with our growing team, comprised of knowledgeable professionals who are passionate about Finance and school improvement, this will allow you the opportunity to work alongside a flexible, inclusive and supportive team.

This is a Maternity Cover contract for 12 months from May 2026. The Finance Department at Anglian Learning plays a central role in supporting all schools within the Trust. Our team ensures that financial operations are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the Trust’s strategic priorities.

We manage budgeting, financial planning, accounting, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with school leaders, we provide guidance to help each school make informed financial decisions that best support teaching and learning outcomes.
