Supporting the Headteacher in monitoring the
appraisal policy, procedures and outcomes for staff in the school

of staff as agreed with the Headteacher
To work be part of the SLT, Governors and
Middle Leaders to work strategically to raise standards
The post holder will also undertake any professional duties of the
Headteacher reasonably delegated to the post-holder by the Headteacher.
