Key Responsibilities Operations Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation Support the management of approved supplier registers Take minutes at key meetings (e.g. Estates and Health & Safety) Respond to operational queries from school staff Support procurement of IT, furniture, and equipment (non-curriculum) Maintain Trust contracts and inventory registers Lettings Management Coordinate the Trust’s lettings function Show prospective hirers around the premises Onboard and vet new hirers Manage agreements, invoicing, and payments Respond to lettings queries Fleet Administration Coordinate MOTs, servicing, and compliance checks Carry out DVLA and licence checks Liaise with leasing companies and manage contracts Ensure appropriate insurance and regulatory compliance General Administration Support purchase orders and invoice processing Assist with policy administration and website uploads Provide flexible administrative support to the Central Team About You We are looking for someone who: Has excellent organisational and administrative skills Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy Has confident communication and interpersonal skills Is proactive, flexible, and able to manage a varied workload Is comfortable working with systems, data, and processes Can work independently and as part of a team Experience in administration, operations, or a school/Trust environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
