About the Role The Governors of The Bellbird Primary School are excited to offer an opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic, and highly motivated teacher to join our warm and welcoming team. This opportunity is open to Eearly Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced teachers. We are looking for someone who: Leads by example, with high aspirations for all pupils and a strong commitment to inclusive education. Uses positive behaviour strategies and builds strong, respectful relationships with children and families. Has a sound understanding of SEND and adapts teaching to meet the needs of every learner. Communicates effectively with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community. Contributes positively to a team culture built on trust, respect, and shared goals. Embraces the values and vision of The Bellbird Primary School, with a genuine passion for child development and wellbeing.
