Uses positive behaviour strategies and builds strong, respectful relationships with children and families. Has a sound understanding of SEND and adapts teaching to meet the needs of every learner. Communicates effectively with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community. Contributes positively to a team culture built on trust, respect, and shared goals.
