We are seeking a committed, flexible Main Pay Range teacher (suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers) who will: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet National Curriculum expectations and promote strong progress and outcomes for all pupils. Assess, monitor and report on pupils’ learning and set appropriate, challenging work, in school and beyond. Contribute to whole-school initiatives, curriculum development and the consistent delivery of SPAG and writing across year groups. Promote pupil safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour in line with our therapeutic approach. Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionally supervise support staff to maximise pupil progress. Take an active part in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular activities and the wider personal development agenda.
