There are three roles which involve contributing to a culture that expects the highest standards of care, teaching, learning, specialist support and safeguarding for the children in the Base. Working closely with the Lead Teacher and supported by the staff of St William’s and the wider network of SRBs in Norfolk, they will be part of an inspirational team in which all staff are supported to successfully fulfil their roles. The successful candidates will take up their post in advance of the completion of the new-build Base. They will access training and observe other bases at work before the planned opening in October 2026. As well as meeting our Lead Teacher and members of the school staff team, there will be a chance to view the plans of the new building, speak to the Lead Teacher of an existing SEMH SRB and meet members of Norfolk’s SRB advisory team.
