individual who has excellent communication skills and being able to build a
rapport with parents, carers and their children. The post holder will have experience of
working in a multi-agency context to drive and improve outcomes for children
and young people. You are to be
organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload and bring extensive
relevant experience, along with the skills and qualifications needed to thrive
in a dynamic, supportive environment.
