The Trinity Catholic School is seeking a confident and motivated Office Manager to lead our dedicated office team. This is varied role where no day is the same This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, on a term time only basis. About the role As our Office Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring our school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. You will: Bring experience from a busy office environment Demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills Plan, prioritise and meet deadlines while managing a varied workload Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external stakeholders Champion excellent customer service across the school Show a genuine interest in education and improving young people’s lives Lead, motivate and support the office team Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail Work confidently both independently and as part of a team Bring enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism and a positive, can‑do attitude Be adaptable and willing to help wherever needed (Desirable) Have experience with school MIS and finance systems This role is ideal for an administrator aspiring to step into management, develop leadership skills and gain broader responsibility within a supportive educational setting.
