previous experience working with SEND children in a formal capacity, being a
positive role model, demonstrates a constructive, caring and energetic approach
to the education of children and raising attainment and standards has
significant commitment and interest in supporting SEND pupils, meeting their
varied needs be
flexible to the demands of the SEND pupil, adopting required strategies whilst
ensuring the best interests of the child are met
