Required as soon as possible 25 hours (Teaching Assistant Level 1 or 2) plus 6.25 hours (Midday Supervision) per week (term-time only) Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.15pm Actual Salary: £14,047 - £14,958 (Grade 4 Points 3 - Grade 5, Point 7) Meridian Trust Support Salary Scale (Level 1-2 Teaching Assistant). In addition, Midday Supervisor actual salary is £3,511 (Grade 3, Point 3) Meridian Trust Support Staff Salary Scale. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and progress of our pupils - this role is fixed term initially for one year, and will include one-to-one tutoring as well as supporting in our specialist provision, 'The Hive'. You will be adapting teaching resources, thinking of new ways to learn, being fun and creative in your approach and adaptable to children's needs. Our Teaching Assistants are highly valued in our school - you will work closely with our SENDCo and Teaching Assistant team to provide our children with the best possible educational opportunities and you will be part of a fantastic team! The role will also include a Midday Supervisor role during the children's lunch breaks. You will be responsible to the Headteacher.
