We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operational effectiveness of the Academy. Reporting to the Principal and the Lead Senior Administrator, this key position provides high‑level administrative, secretarial and data support, ensuring the smooth running of academy systems and processes while upholding Trust policies, financial procedures and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for staff, parents/carers, external agencies and contractors, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and excellent communication skills at all times. The role carries significant responsibility for safeguarding, compliance and record keeping, including HR administration, finance support and pupil administration, and requires a strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
