Collaborate: Work closely with the MFL team to develop innovative schemes of work and share best practices. Beyond the Classroom:Contribute to extra-curricular activities, whether it’s a lunchtime "Ciné-club," a language exchange, or international trips. Who You Are We aren’t just looking for a linguist; we’re looking for a communicator. You should be: Qualified: You hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree. Fluent: High proficiency in French is essential. Resilient: You have a "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to enhance language acquisition (from Quizlet to interactive platforms).
