Lead, inspire and line manage middle leaders and teaching staff across the faculty Contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted intervention strategies, particularly at Key Stage 4. Align subject intent and provision with the school vision: We Cooperate, We Pioneer, We Belong Coach and develop colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practice Teach across KS3 and KS4, modelling high quality teaching.
