About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Teacher of Art to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving Art department and inspire students to develop a passion for the subject.

Your opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Art Teacher to join our creative arts department. Our aim is to deliver a rich and ambitious curriculum that nurtures artistic confidence, technical skill and creative thinking. We are committed to preparing students for studying Art beyond GCSE and equipping them with the ability to experiment, interpret visual ideas and develop informed, personal responses to the world around them. We are equally happy to receive applications from colleagues who are new to teaching as we are from colleagues with a wealth of experience. So whether you are brand new to the profession or looking for a return to the classroom having spent some time away, we would be delighted to speak with you.  What we are looking for

You will:

Be willing to teach Art across all key stages

Be enthusiastic and passionate about Art and committed to improving the life chances of students in their care

Be forward thinking, creative, receptive to change and able to work with the team

Be willing to develop a strong knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery
