The Role: We are looking for a passionate, skilled practitioner who can: Lead our Early Years Foundation Stage with vision, creativity and deep understanding of child development. Model exceptional teaching that secures strong progress for all children. Shape an inspiring EYFS environment rooted in play, exploration and high‑quality interactions. Be proactive in strengthening existing links with local nurseries and preschools. Act as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, promoting a strong safeguarding culture. Support whole‑school improvement as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Build strong relationships with families and the wider community. Champion our Christian vision and values in daily practice.
