Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation and Cordwalles Junior School are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable part-time Finance Assistant to work across their schools as part of their friendly and supportive team. Your opportunity
The Finance Assistant will play a key role in providing a high-quality and timely support service to teaching and associate colleagues and parents/carers. They will ensure effective and efficient administration for finance processes at school. This will include managing the financial elements of trips, admissions, charity events and lettings. The Finance Assistant will also be responsible for school orders from placement to delivery. What we are looking for
Someone with financial and strong administrative experience
An excellent communicator with a genuine desire to provide the best service to staff, parents/carers and children. An organised individual who works in a methodical manner, with a high level of attention to detail .
Commitment to the aims and ethos of the school.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating calmness when under pressure.
