About the role As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Education, you will provide high-quality, proactive and confidential support to two senior leaders at the centre of Anthem’s work. This is a key role within the National Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activity and enabling senior leaders to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the wider EA team and Governance colleagues to manage priorities, coordinate activity and support Trust-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage the CEO’s inbox and diary, ensuring effective prioritisation and scheduling Provide proactive administrative and project support to the CEO and Executive Director of Education Prepare agendas, coordinate papers and support executive and leadership meetings Track actions and ensure follow-up on key priorities Draft and coordinate internal communications, including Trust-wide updates Arrange travel, meetings, events and logistics Support budget tracking, expenses and general administration Work collaboratively with the EA team to ensure aligned and consistent support Support education directorate activity, including school visits and leadership briefings Coordinate Trust-wide events and key organisational activities Lead the planning and administration of Collaborative Review Days (CRDs) Benefits As part of Anthem Schools Trust, staff benefit from a supportive working environment and access to a range of employee benefits, including health and wellbeing support, professional development opportunities and financial benefits.
