Tel: 01842 752239 Email:  office@rfs.norfolk.sch.uk Salary – MPS + SEN point Permanent Full Time Required for 1 September 2026 Redcastle Family School, in partnership with the local authority successfully opened our Specialist Hub of Inclusive Practice (SHIP) to children with moderate learning difficulties in 2024 as part of our commitment to support the needs of SEND children across Thetford and the local area.  The base compromise’s of three class spaces, a sensory room, and multiple break out spaces. We work closely with the mainstream and our ASD SRB to provide an integrated model of learning which has been identified as a model of good practice  We are looking to appoint a teacher who would like to develop a career path in SEND teaching. Therefore, both experienced practitioners and those eager to develop these skills, including ECT’s, are welcome to apply. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on outcomes for children, while developing your own practice through nationally recognised professional development.
