Personal Learning Centre (PLC) Manager

are looking to appoint a PLC Manager to join our academy in June 2026 on a

permanent basis.

Your new role

As the PLC

Manager, you will co-ordinate the personalised learning support to promote the

learning and welfare of vulnerable students and you will manage the PLC centre

for the academy/school.

Salary: Grade F Points 14 - 19 (£29,540 - £32,061 Full Time

Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job

starts at £25,520.47.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5

days (39 weeks per year).
