Upper Key Stage 2 Team Leader

The Governors are seeking an excellent class teacher who is a current or aspiring leader to join the school in Upper Key Stage Two. The post involves exemplary class teaching and being part of our Senior Leadership Team, leading a team of four classes in years five and six. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of primary education and who will be able to embody the core values of the school whilst ensuring the children achieve their very best. This is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills within a strong and supportive staff team in an exciting, vibrant and popular school. The successful candidate will prioritise modelling excellent teaching and learning, building strong relationships and connections with both children and adults and will have the vision, passion and drive to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils. They will model a positive outlook on a daily basis and will encourage all children to aspire and ‘dream big’.
