A values-driven culture built on Ambitious, Brave and Kind A school on a strong upward trajectory, with clear and coherent improvement strategy Significant investment in SEND and inclusion, including leadership capacity and external partnerships The opportunity to work across both secondary and primary phases through our close partnership with Landau Forte Greenacres Primary A highly supportive Trust network with strong professional development and collaboration A leadership team committed to evidence-informed practice and sustainable workload The Role As SENDCo, you will: Provide strategic leadership of SEND provision, ensuring high-quality support and strong outcomes for all students with additional needs Drive a culture of inclusion, ensuring adaptive teaching is consistently strong across the curriculum Lead and develop a skilled team, including teaching assistants and intervention staff Oversee EHCP processes, annual reviews and external agency engagement with rigour and precision Use data intelligently to identify need, evaluate impact and refine provision Work closely with senior leaders to ensure SEND is central to school improvement and Ofsted readiness Build strong relationships with families, ensuring they are valued partners in their child’s education What We Are Looking For We are seeking a leader who: Holds (or is working towards) the National Award for SEND Coordination (NASENCO) Has a proven track record of impactful SEND leadership in a secondary setting Demonstrates deep understanding of inclusive pedagogy and adaptive teaching Is highly organised, resilient and able to lead with clarity and compassion Can articulate and evidence the impact of provision on student outcomes Is committed to delivering excellence for all students, particularly the most vulnerable Our Commitment to You Bespoke leadership development and coaching Access to Trust-wide expertise and networks A genuine opportunity to shape provision across a growing and ambitious organisation A culture where staff are valued, supported and developed About Us Landau Forte Academy Amington is an 11-16 secondary academy at t
