We are seeking
to appoint a high-impact teacher; someone with an infectious passion for Geography, who can teach high quality lessons and enable high quality learning
for their classes.
You will join a thriving and successful Academy, which has
been recognised nationally for its strong outcomes, and a dedicated,
collaborative team of specialists working within the Humanities department.
We are determined
that the successful candidate will have:
A
passion for teaching in their specialist subject.
A
willingness to also teach across the Humanities subjects of History, Religious Studies, and Life Skills
Evidence
of high impact teaching.
Evidence
of strong outcomes with groups at KS3 and KS4 and the ability to
successfully teach across both key stages.
Well-developed
skills in marking and feedback to students, which leads to well-matched
and challenging learning activities.
Alignment
with our trust and school values.
The
ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
All candidates must
hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
