Required from September
2026, we are looking to appoint a committed and inspiring Teacher of Religious
Studies to join our successful department. You
will join a strong and flourishing Religious Studies department within a
supportive and forward-thinking Humanities team that places a strong emphasis
on collaboration, innovation, and excellence in teaching and learning. The
faculty comprises a team of specialist practitioners delivering a broad and
engaging curriculum, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies across
all key stages; Business Studies at KS4 and 5; and Sociology, Politics, and
Economics at KS5. These subjects are consistently popular at Key Stage 3, leading
to multiple classes at both GCSE and A Level, and we have a strong record of
examination success. In 2025 at GCSE, 16% of Religious Studies students
achieved Grade 9, while 63% secured Grades 9–7. At A Level, 44% of students
attained A*/A grades.
