As our Headteacher, you

will:

Lead safeguarding

with rigor and compassion - ensuring

the wellbeing of all pupils and staff.

Secure high‑quality teaching and learning and outcomes -

delivering a rich, coherent curriculum and strong subject

leadership across the school.

Champion inclusion - ensuring pupils with SEND, additional needs

and those in our resource base thrive academically and personally.

Inspire, develop

and support staff - fostering a

positive professional culture with high expectations, meaningful

development and fair workload management.

Oversee effective

school operations - including finance, compliance, risk

management and the smooth running of the site and systems.

Build strong

partnerships - with parents, the local community, external agencies and other

schools to enrich learning and strengthen outcomes.
