About the role

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and reliable staff to support our Before School Club Monday to Friday between 07:25-08:35.  Your opportunity The before and after School Club at Hillcroft Primary School provides quality childcare for children. The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life and be a strong team player. This is a great opportunity for a valued member of the local community. Whether you are looking for a job to fit in with your college or family commitments or maybe even early retirement, this great part time position could be the perfect job for you.     What we're looking for: Be able to develop positive relationships with young children

Have an interest in the play needs of children

Be able to participate in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, cooking, and other indoor and outdoor games.

Be proactive, using their own initiative to differentiate activities to ensure full inclusion for all abilities and ages.

Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour and circumstances
