Resource Provision, you will be a key part of a small, skilled, and passionate
team. You will work closely with children who may communicate differently,
learn differently, or experience the world differently – and you will help them
thrive. Your role will include: •
Building strong, safe, trusting relationships • Supporting communication and
interaction in creative, personalised ways • Helping children regulate, engage,
and succeed • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and families •

Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly communication and
