This role will be offered on the Main Pay Scale. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey. Participate in school-wide events and initiatives to contribute to the vibrant school community. We are looking for someone who: Has a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (or currently pursuing one). Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards obtaining QTS. Has a passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
