We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead on Inclusion and Safeguarding, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that every student is known, supported and able to succeed. This role sits at the heart of our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment, where barriers to learning are understood and addressed with clarity and consistency. Working closely with families, external agencies and the wider community, you will drive a culture where safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and inclusion is embedded in everyday practice. We are looking for a principled and resilient leader who brings both compassion and rigour, and who is relentless in securing the right support, challenge and outcomes for all students.
