About this Role The Lighthouse Multi Academy Trust are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join Lindens Academy. Lindens Academy is a mainstream setting with an Additional Resource Provision for supporting pupils with complex medical needs and physical disabilities. It is a welcoming and inclusive academy, serving children aged 3 to 11 in Streetly, part of the Walsall community. Main Responsibilities (see attached job description for further details) SUPPORT FOR PUPILS Use specialist (curricular/learning) skills/training/experience to support pupils Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom Support pupils consistently whilst recognising and respo
