As our new 1:1 SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work closely with an individual pupil, providing personalised support that nurtures their learning, communication, emotional wellbeing, and independence. This is a role where your presence matters, your relationships matter, and your impact will be visible every single day. We are looking for a someone who brings empathy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to supporting children with diverse needs. Experience with SEN—particularly autism, speech and language needs, or social communication differences—is highly desirable. An NVQ Level 2 in Childcare (or equivalent) is ideal, but we warmly welcome applicants with relevant experience and the right values.
