Higher Level Teaching Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to plan, organise and deliver engaging learning experiences across the school. You will have the opportunity to l ead whole‑class learning, provide targeted small‑group and individual support, and play an important role in helping us to maintain high standards of teaching and care. You will also support children with SEND and SEMH needs, take a lead on bespoke interventions, and help create a nurturing environment where every pupil feels seen, supported and empowered.
