planning and delivering Sport/PE accreditations/qualifications including to
lower-level students

Key Stage 5, a willingness to teach at Key Stage 4 if required

current assessment practice and the use of data and student progress tracking
to ensure that all students achieve

managing challenging behaviour
- The emotional and
physical resilience necessary when working with disaffected and challenging
young people with a range of complex needs
- The ability to
build positive relationships with students, ensuring consistency and continuity
on a daily basis
