Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an SEU Teaching Assistant for pupils with severe learning difficulties at Ipswich Academy. We are seeking teaching assistants to work within the mainstream and our specialist education unit, preferably with a SEND background, although this is not essential, as training will be delivered relevant to experience and the cohort of children. We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils' behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, patient, and hardworking approach to work will be required, with the ability to work as part of a team.
