About this role Working in accordance with JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) regulations, you will be responsible for: Managing exam entries, registrations, and key deadlines. Preparing, timetabling, and organizing exam rooms and seating plans. Training and managing a team of invigilators. Handling confidential exam papers and data securely. Liaising with students, staff, and examination boards. Responsible for the accuracy of data and maintenance of the schools management information system. What skills / experience are required The role requires a candidate who is highly organised, self-driven and works well under pressure. The Exams & Data Officer holds an extremely important and diverse role within the College, which key staff will rely on during the school term. You will have personal resilience, an empathetic approach and be happy working flexibly and under pressure.
