Glenthorne High School is a vibrant community where staff are appreciated and supported in their work. The school is looking to recruit a Teacher of Science, preferably with Biology or Chemistry specialism, who could demonstrate their passion for their subject and a commitment to raising standards for all learners. We have excellent teaching facilities with dedicated Science labs and prep rooms, the department fully embrace new technologies to support teaching and learning. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Biology or Chemistry to KS5, and Chemistry, Biology & Physics at KS3 and KS4, and across the age and ability range. They will be fully supported by the department team and benefit from our excellent CPD programme. The post is open to experienced and new teachers.
