We are seeking an outstanding and aspirational Assistant Headteacher to join our committed leadership
team and play a key role in driving school improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for an
experienced practitioner who can demonstrate strong leadership. In the first instance, the role will be
largely non-class based but a more significant teaching commitment in subsequent academic years is
likely.

primary setting • Show strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style • Be committed to safeguarding, equality and pupil wellbeing • Thrive on responsibility and contribute positively to the strategic direction of the school • Have effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with all
stakeholders
