Key responsibilities will include being an integral part of the teaching and learning team with a focus on teacher development including ECTs. You'll be stepping into a growing department and contributing to its continued success. We're on the lookout for someone who's deeply passionate about Science, dedicated to academic achievement, and adept at inspiring and supporting both colleagues and students.   Oakley School is an all-through school on the edge of South Leamington in Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and first Reception cohort in September 2024; we continue to welcome a new group every year until the school is complete up to Year 11. We are committed to ensuring that we have a fantastic team of staff who share in a vision of educational excellence for the children, families and wider school community that we serve.
