Lead high-quality teaching and learning in Reception, ensuring all pupils make strong progress through inclusive, well-planned and engaging provision. Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, independence and a love of learning. Use assessment effectively to plan, monitor and adapt teaching, providing clear feedback to support each child’s development and next steps. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external partners to support pupils’ wellbeing, achievement and holistic development. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, professional standards and the Avanti ethos, contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
