About the role

We are seeking a highly articulate communicator who can navigate complex conversations with parents and carers with empathy and clarity. The role will include: To assist House Heads in ensuring that: Monitor daily attendance during am and pm registration which will include making calls to parents/carers The House System is effectively managed. Pupils are well behaved. Pupils develop a sense of pride, both in their particular House and as individuals. Oversee attendance for the House, promoting good attendance and ensuring registers are properly maintained. Actively follow up daily and persistent attendance issues. To be a principal port of call for parents/carers in relation to pupil welfare, behaviour and barriers to learning.
