About the role

SENCo Pay scale TLR 1b (Required from September 2026) The successful candidate will hold a national SENCo award/be working towards or be willing to undertake the training and have high expectations of themselves and their students. We are looking for: an outstanding classroom teacher commitment to providing outstanding provision for students who face challenges in learning a team player with strong interpersonal skills Responsibilities include: leading and developing SEND provision across the school providing guidance and sharing good practice monitoring the progress of students The Holt School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
